GRETA THUNBERG: A poem by Anthony Owen

Posted on June 10, 2025

TWTWTW : Topical Poems classed as That Was The Week That Was

GRETA THUNBERG

If only you were a rock star
shouting free Palestine
Crowd-surfing a flotilla of hands
but you never showed us your flesh
When you wept for unfashionable flesh
And you look autistic how dare you

You stole their dreams.

Antony Owen
